By using the Services of arliai.com ("Arli AI", "We", "Us", or "Our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to terminate your access to and use of the Services.
Billing. The Services are offered on a paid basis. You may choose to subscribe on a monthly or annual basis, or to make a one-time payment, as made available through the Services. Subscription fees are billed in advance for each billing cycle (monthly or annual, as applicable). One-time payments are billed in advance for the applicable payment period. Plan Upgrades. You may upgrade to a higher-tier plan at any time. Upon upgrading, the new plan (and its applicable fees) will take effect immediately for the remainder of the current billing cycle or payment period. You may request a refund of the prorated remainder of your previous plan for that billing cycle or payment period; such refunds are not issued automatically. Payment Authorization. By submitting a payment, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method for the full amount of the fees applicable to your selected plan and billing cycle. We do not collect, store, or process your payment method information directly; all payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors, whose terms and privacy practices apply to your transactions with them. You are responsible for keeping your payment method information current and accurate with the applicable payment processor. Price Changes and Taxes. We may change our fees at any time, but any price change will take effect only at the start of your next billing cycle following notice of the change, and will not affect the current billing cycle you have already paid for. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which you are responsible for paying unless otherwise stated. All payments are non-transferable and non-refundable except as expressly provided in these Terms.
Refunds. You may request a refund at any time during the current billing cycle of your subscription, or the current payment period of your one-time payment, and we will refund the prorated portion corresponding to the remainder of that billing cycle or payment period. The 30-day satisfaction guarantee referenced in these Terms applies to the start of your subscription or one-time payment; if you are not satisfied with the Services, you may request a refund within 30 days of the start of your subscription or one-time payment, and we will refund the prorated remainder of the current billing cycle or payment period. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, and processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Arli AI is an inference service provider. We provide compute infrastructure and API endpoints that allow users to run AI models for text generation and image generation. The Services function solely as a means to run models on your behalf; we do not control the models, and we have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, the outputs they generate.
You agree not to share, transfer, or sell your account. You are responsible for all activities on your account. You agree not to use the Services in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the Services or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the Services. You agree not to use the Services for unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities, including but not limited to hate, harassment, violence, political manipulation, spam, or malware. Because we operate on a zero-log basis and have no control over or visibility into how models generate outputs, you bear sole responsibility for the prompts you submit, the outputs you receive, and how you use them. You are responsible for evaluating the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of all outputs before relying on or distributing them.
The models accessible through the Services may include open-weight or third-party models that are subject to their own license terms, acceptable use policies, or other restrictions (including, for example, model-specific use policies that may limit certain use cases). Such terms are separate from and independent of these Terms, and you are responsible for reviewing and complying with any terms that apply to the specific models you use. We make no representation or warranty regarding the availability, performance, or lawfulness of any third-party model, and we are not responsible for any model-specific restrictions or the consequences of your non-compliance with them.
The names "Arli AI," "arliai.com," and our logos and other branding (collectively, the "Arli AI Marks") are our property. If you use the Services, including via the API, to build or operate a service, product, or application offered to others, you may not use the Arli AI Marks in the name, branding, marketing, or promotion of that service, product, or application, or in any way that suggests it is endorsed by, sponsored by, affiliated with, or provided by us, without our prior written consent. You may make a factual reference to your use of the Services where permitted by applicable law, but you must not imply any partnership, endorsement, or guarantee that does not exist. We guarantee the quality, performance, and reliability of the Services only as provided directly through our own subscription and one-time payment offerings. We make no representation or warranty regarding, and accept no responsibility for, any service, product, or application that you build or operate using the Services, including any output you generate or pass through to your own users. You are solely responsible for the quality and performance of any service you offer that incorporates or relies on the Services.
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement with us. If you are accessing the Services on behalf of an entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.
You may create only one account per person. You may not create or maintain multiple accounts, and you may not create additional accounts to circumvent any limits, restrictions, rate limits, or other controls applied to your account by the Services. We may suspend or terminate any accounts that violate this requirement, without notice and without refund.
All results that you receive in response to your prompts (or other inputs) from models accessible via the Services will collectively be considered "Your Content." You retain full ownership of Your Content to the extent permitted by applicable law and have the right to use Your Content for any purpose. License to Your Inputs. The Services operate on a zero-log basis: we do not store, retain, or access your prompts, inputs, or generated outputs beyond the transient processing necessary to return a response to you. By submitting prompts or other inputs to the Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and transmit your inputs solely for the purpose of generating and returning a response to you, and only for the duration necessary to complete that request. No Warranty of Copyrightability. You acknowledge that AI-generated outputs may not be eligible for copyright protection under the laws of certain jurisdictions, and that we make no representation or warranty regarding the legal status, ownership, or protectability of Your Content under any applicable law. No Warranty of Non-Infringement. We do not warrant that Your Content or any other output generated through the Services will not infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party. You are solely responsible for evaluating and ensuring that your use of Your Content does not violate the rights of others.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, including if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease, and you must cease all use of the Services. You may close your account at any time. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including, without limitation, Liability, Disclaimer, Indemnification, and General Terms) will remain in effect after termination.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Arli AI and its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party; or (d) Your Content, including any claim that Your Content infringes the intellectual property or other rights of a third party. We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which case you will cooperate with us in asserting any available defenses.
Our handling of information collected through the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
We provide the Services solely as compute infrastructure for running AI models. We have no control over, and accept no responsibility or liability for, the outputs generated by the models, including their accuracy, completeness, reliability, legality, or appropriateness. We do not endorse, and are not responsible for, any output or any action you take based on an output. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any damages, losses, or problems that arise out of or are related to the use of the Services, including any damages resulting from reliance on, distribution of, or use of any output. You use the Services and all outputs entirely at your own risk.
Your use of the Services is at your sole risk. The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Services are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance. We do not warrant that a) the Services will function uninterrupted or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Services are free of viruses or other harmful components; nor d) the results of using the Services will meet your requirements.
We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify users with active paid subscriptions by email or through the Services and will update the "Last updated" date below. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.

Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with any documents they expressly incorporate by reference (including our Privacy Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and Arli AI regarding the use of the Services, and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, whether oral or written. Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision. No waiver of any term of these Terms will be effective unless in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Arli AI, and a waiver on one occasion will not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach.
